Butter Yellow, Daisies & Ladybugs

For this months manicure I went with butter yellow nails decorated with hand painted daisy flowers and 3D ladybug details. I wanted something bright and full of summer. I've been loving these soft colors lately and it just reminds me of summer gardens when I see my little 3D ladybugs sitting on my nails.

 

 

Champagne Cat Eye French Tip Nails

I wanted something that felt elevated but still neutral enough for everyday wear. We went with champagne "cat eye" nails and finished it with a thin gold french tip. This "cat eye" polish is not just glitter. It's a magnetic gel that create a nice "liquid metal" dimension that moves with your hands. And I'm obsessed with it.

Manicure #16 - Cat Eye and Silver Glitter Nail Tips

This month's manicure features two luminous cat eye accents with glitter french tips. I have to thank Glammed by Chazzy for bringing my nails back to life. While I adored France for the architecture and art, the nail art experience there was noticeably different. The techniques, materials they use and attention to detail didn't match what I'm used to. But my nail artist in Miami restored them and I feel like me again.

These adorable and tiny white ghost nails became Pinterest-Famous and you can to see why. They are playful and super cute.

These are my current nails. I went simple this time. Yet they look elegant, sophisticated and still spooky.

Deep Purple Ombre Shimmer Nails accented by a tiny pumpkin, ghost and graveyard that captures the spirit of Halloween.

 

 

 

Manicure #15 - Gold Glitter Nails with Butterfly Detail

For this month, I chose to get gold glitter nails. Since I love butterflies, my nail tech hand painted some really cute butterflies as an accent on top of my index and ring fingernails. Aren't they adorable? - Love them.

The countdown to Christmas is nearly here. I found this cute Lindt Chocolate Advent Calendar at a store and had to get it. Where I come from, we always count down to Christmas with a calendar filled with goodies. These days, there are tons of different advent calendars out there, but I love the ones filled with candy or chocolate.

My Favorite Make Up Brushes

Today, I'm going to share my favorite make up brushes with you guys. Several months ago, I went to Target and found the perfect make up brush collection from Sonia Kashuk. Before that, I owned the "The Body Shop" make up brushes. They were pretty good, but I was in need of some new ones.

Manicure #14 - Butterfly Nails

Oh my! It's been a while since I have posted about my nails. To be honest though, I haven't got my nails done in a while due to the fact I was working a type of job that just required short and natural nails in my opinion. I just can work better without anything on it. Anyways, I finally was able to get them done again and I've decided to get some pastel purple nails with some really cute silver butterflies on my ring finger as an accent nail.
