Outfit 224 - Striped Dress with Teddy Jacket

Hope everyone had the chance to spend some time with their loved ones on Valentine's Day!
I spent Valentine's Day with my hubby munching on some yummy chocolate covered strawberries that he gave me as a gift.

How did you spend your Valentine's Day?

By the way, I'm still obsessed with my fluffy and cozy teddy jacket from Boohoo. Have you added this type of jacket to your wardrobe yet? This winter essential can be worn with almost anything. In the pictures above, I styled this favorite piece with a classic striped dress and some black sock boots. In my next outfit post, I will show you another look with this furry teddy jacket, but pairing them with some other clothing pieces.

Valentine's Day Pink White Hot Chocolate

Hey everyone,
Valentine's Day is only 4 days away. How about treating your loved one with some Pink White Hot Chocolate topped with Whipped Cream and cute Heart Sprinkles. I love the sweet and rich taste of White Hot Chocolate. It is for sure my favorite.

The Ingredients (for 1 Serving):

Pink White Hot Chocolate
- 1 2/3 cups of milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup white chocolate, chopped into small pieces (e.g. Lindt Chocolate Bar)
- Pinch of sugar (optional, just for more sweetness)
- Red or pink gel food coloring ( I've used red)

Topping
- Dairy Whipped Topping, for garnish
- Valentine's Day themed sprinkles, for garnish (e.g. Wilton)


Instructions:

1. Heat the milk in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add the chocolate and whisk frequently until completely melted. Don't let it come to a boil though.

2. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of sugar (sugar is optional, just in case it's not sweet enough) and mix until combined. With a toothpick, add more or less red or pink food coloring until you get your desired pink color.

3. Remove from heat, pour into mug and serve immediately. Top with Whipped Topping and sprinkle sprinkles.

Tip: If you don't like it too sweet, use less white chocolate.

Photo Diary: 2 weeks in Thailand - Sea Harmony Eco House & Café in Hua Hin

After our visit to the Wat Khao Krailas, we went to a really nice and quiet Café and Guesthouse, called "Sea Harmony Eco House & Café" for a refreshment. When you enter their building, you will be greeted by the cutest Frenchie dogs. This place offers some really delicious breakfast, dinner, and dessert.

When you enter their building, you have to take of your shoes. They provide house slippers for you :)

The menu has a lot of delicious and healthy options to choose from. When you are a vegetarian or have some food allergies, they've got something for you too. Since the food was so good, we went there twice.

Here is what my family and I have ordered:

English Breakfast with poached eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, ham served with a selection of grilled vegetables & bread

Some Hot Coffee with a Blue Butterfly Pea drink on the side

Mango Sticky Rice

Grilled Satay Chicken with Homemade Peanut Sauce

As far as I remember, I believe it was a sticky Date Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream. Yum.

I love how everything is green and nicely decorated.

When you are in Hua Hin, I highly recommend stopping by at this place. You really can relax and regain some energy after a long day through the busy streets of Hua Hin. I'll definitely be back when I'm around.

Outfit 223 - Teddy Jacket

Happy February 1st everyone!
January flew by way too fast. It feels like that month wasn't even on the calendar.

In the pictures above, I wore my latest favorite jacket with teddy shearling. It's definitely perfect for the colder days, because this jacket keeps you warm. I styled this jacket with a knit sweater, some dark blue high waist jeans, and some black lace-up boots.
