Paris through my Lens

Thursday, October 23, 2025

Paris is wrapped in gold. I've been capturing moments of this city through my camera and I wanted to share them with you. A glimpse into what fall in Paris truly feels like. From smelling freshly baked bread drifting through the streets to the soft and warm lights reflecting from facades and restaurants:

Halloween is just around the corner and this season I'm embracing soft and elegant, yet spooky nails. Here are three Halloween Nail Looks I have never posted here on this blog:

1. The Viral Ghost Nails

These adorable and tiny white ghost nails became Pinterest-Famous and you can to see why. They are playful and super cute.

2. Gold Spider Web Nails

These are my current nails. I went simple this time. Yet they look elegant, sophisticated and still spooky.

3. Midnight Magic Nails

Deep Purple Ombre Shimmer Nails accented by a tiny pumpkin, ghost and graveyard that captures the spirit of Halloween.

Faux Fur Coats for Fall

Tuesday, October 14, 2025

The temperatures are dropping and it's officially fur coat season. Nothing feels more cozier than wrapping yourself in a soft and plush layer when the air turns crisp. A fur coat gives even the simplest outfit a touch of luxury. This season you will see warm chocolate tones, creamy neutral, and a touch of animal print. Perfect for coffee runs and weekend strolls:

1. Mango  // 2. Stand Studio // 3. Steve Madden // 4. H&M // 5. Sportmax

My 3 favorite Paris Art Museums to visit

Sunday, October 12, 2025

One of my favorite things to do in Paris is visiting art museums. As a creative soul, there is nothing inspiring than surrounding yourself with overflowing art, architecture, and history. Feeding your mind is an act of self-care and for me, besides the Louvre museum, these three museums always spark my creativity:

PETIT PALAIS

A hidden gem in the heart of the city. The best part, admission is free. Located just across from the Grand Palais, this museum offers exquisite paintings and sculptures that you could admire for hours. It's the perfect spot to slow down and simply breathe in the art.

MUSEE D'ORSAY

Housed in a former railway station, the Musée d'Orsay is an architectural masterpiece filled with some of the world's most beautiful collections of sculptures and paintings. Just like the Louvre, it celebrates the timeless elegance of art.

MUSEE D'ART MODERNE DE PARIS

I recently visited during the George Condo exhibition (on view from October 10th 2025 to February 8th 2026). This museum is a serene space for anyone who loves modern and contemporary art with a touch of history woven into every gallery. Step outside and you are rewarded with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower - and don't miss the great gift shop they have before you leave.

Outfit 246 - Red and White Striped Wide Leg Pants

Thursday, October 09, 2025

 Outfit:

Red Turtleneck - Rainbow Shops
 White Cardigan - Guess
Striped Pants & Earrings: Sunviriya
Flats: Primark

There's something magical about wearing your own creation. My "Sunviriya" red and white striped wide leg pants capture the rhythm of Paris in fall. I paired them with a fitted red turtleneck and a white cozy cardigan to balance structure with softness.

From Parisian Days to Childhood Memories

Monday, October 06, 2025

Since I'm currently based in Paris, I've had the wonderful opportunity to visit nearby countries including my hometown of Speyer, Germany and my parents. It felt so great to see them again - there's is nothing better than returning home and reconnecting with your roots - very important! I spent time flipping through old photo albums and reliving childhood memories.

During my short visit, my mother and I ran a few errands, enjoyed breakfast, and indulged in hot chocolate at a charming cafe called "La Petite, Fleur au Cafe" in Mannheim. Both cities have changed so much since I last visited. Even though I was only there for two days, every moment was precious.

Now that I'm back in Paris, I'm fully immersed in work, creating content that celebrates the city's best museums, cafe's, and hidden gems, all while curating outfits that capture the essence of my travels.
