Yesterday was a big and important day for me, because I've seen my best friend Iba again after almost 4 years. We know each other since school-time. It was an amazing feeling to see and hug her again. I surprisingly received a wonderful smelling bouquet from her and of course she received a nice gift from me too.
We decided to go downtown to a mall called "K in Lautern" for some shopping. But first, our sweet tooth led us to "Gelateria La Luna" an ice cream parlor, where we had an espresso and white hot chocolate, along with waffles topped with strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream.
After polishing off these tasty waffles and talking about what's been happening in our lives, we ended up going to Primark buying a few fashionable items plus this cute necklace with my initial in the picture above. Now I have these type of necklaces in gold and in silver (take a peek at this post with my silver one in it).
This day went over too fast after spending so much fun time together, but it was overall a really super day. My friend and I are now trying to see each other as much as we can during my stay here in Germany.
